Thanks for using our ToneStream app, and now we’ll lay out the terms for you! Before you dive in, please take a moment to read these terms, as they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

In short, the app and everything in it (including our name, logo, and content) belong to Hear Now Systems, Inc. You can use the app as we’ve designed it, but you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the app or its content, or use our trademarks without permission.

Hear Now Systems, Inc. is committed to keeping ToneStream useful, reliable, and evolving over time. This means we may update the app or its features, and/or subscription services in the future. If anything is paid, it will always be clearly explained so you know exactly what you’re choosing.

Hear Now Systems Inc. may store and process the personal data you provide for ToneStream so we can deliver and improve the service. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. Using modified (“jailbroken” or “rooted”) devices can weaken your phone’s security and may prevent ToneStream from working properly.

‍You should know there are some things Hear Now Systems, Inc. can’t be responsible for: ToneStream needs an active internet connection to work properly, whether over Wi‑Fi or your mobile network.

If you don’t have Wi‑Fi available or you’ve used up your mobile data, the app may not function as expected, and Hear Now Systems, Inc. isn’t liable for any reduced performance in those situations.

Similarly, Hear Now Systems, Inc. is not responsible for how you use the app. You are responsible for keeping your device charged and in working order. If your device runs out of battery or is otherwise unavailable and you are unable to access the Service, Hear Now Systems, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any impact this may have.

At times, ToneStream relies on third-party providers for certain information and features. While Hear Now Systems, Inc. works hard to keep everything current and accurate, we can’t guarantee it’s always perfect. As a result, we’re not liable for any direct or indirect losses you might experience from fully relying on those app functions.

At some point, we may wish to update the app, which is currently available on Android & iOS. Requirements for both platforms (and any additional systems we decide to extend availability to) may change, so you’ll need to download updates if you want to keep using it.

Hear Now Systems, Inc. doesn’t promise it will always update the app to work with your specific Android or iOS version. You agree to always accept updates when offered. We may also choose to stop providing the app and terminate your access at any time without notice. Unless we say otherwise, upon termination, your rights and licenses end, you must stop using the app, and delete it from your device if needed.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please check back periodically for changes. We’ll let you know by posting the updated version right here on this page.
