Personal Subscriptions

ToneStream individual subscriptions are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Your subscription lets you enjoy ToneStream wherever you go—at home, at work, while traveling, or anywhere else you choose to listen personally.

An individual subscription does not include the right to use ToneStream as part of a business or to provide ToneStream to clients, customers, patients, guests, groups, or the general public.

Bringing ToneStream Into Your Business or Practice

We welcome the use of ToneStream in professional and commercial settings.

If you’d like to bring ToneStream into your practice, workplace, studio, spa, wellness center, treatment room, waiting room, hotel, retail space, or other business, a Professional or Commercial Use subscription is required.

Commercial licensing allows an authorized business or practitioner to play ToneStream for clients, customers, employees, patients, or guests within the licensed setting.

Professional Use

Designed for individual practitioners and smaller professional settings, including therapists, bodyworkers, wellness practitioners, coaches, and other professionals who would like to share ToneStream with their clients as part of the environment in which they work.

Business Use

Designed for businesses and organizations that would like to make ToneStream available within a commercial environment, including spas, studios, offices, hospitality settings, wellness centers, waiting areas, retail locations, and similar spaces.

Businesses with multiple locations or broader uses can contact us about a customized license.

What Commercial Use Does Not Include

A Professional or Commercial Use subscription permits ToneStream to be played in the authorized professional or business setting.

It does not grant permission to:

•       Record or copy ToneStream audio
•       Download or extract audio from the Stream
•       Rebroadcast or redistribute the Stream
•       Incorporate ToneStream audio into videos, podcasts, recordings, social media content, or other media
•       Include ToneStream audio in another application, digital product, course, or service
•       Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute access to ToneStream
•       Represent ToneStream or its audio as your own product or content

Uses of this kind require separate written permission from Solu.

Classes, Events & Special Uses

If you’d like to use ToneStream as part of a paid class, workshop, event, retreat, presentation, or other special experience, please contact us. We’ll help determine the appropriate license for your use.
